Quite the addiction I have

No it's not drugs or booze but I'm having quite a problem with my supplies. This year so far I've bought the following: Cuttlebug w/4 folders, 4 cricut cartridges, 8 Bellas, tons of paper & assorted goodies.. hmm what am I forgetting.. & I've just ordered 8 Lily & Otis stamps from www.stamp-and-scrap.com. Well preordered but it was free shipping. I now want the other Rachelle Anne Miller stamps that go with Lily & Otis & my "good friend" Katie ;) is trying to enable me into Nestabilities. I don't think it's fair that I should own 5 Cricut cartridges total & still need the Nestabilities!!! I still need the swiss dots cuttlebug folder. Yes, I used the word "need" instead of "want". I want the sock monkey stamp I just discovered from Sugar Nellies & the monkey stamp Katie has & the Hero Arts owl stamps with branch. Oh & I need the Bind It All too.

Santa, are you taking notes????

Goodies from a good friend

Good morning everyone! (yes, all 3 of you) It's actually 7:30 & I'm awake but I have a gajillion things to do today before work so I had to get up early. First of all, my new online friend- Katie, asked for a few of my bella images. We exchanged addy's & I was gonna send them out this morning. I check the mail yesterday & what do I find? An envie from Katie with a ton of images & this beautiful card!!! I wasn't expecting anything in return for the stamped bellas... it must be karma. BTW, if you love this card make sure to visit Katie's blog- My Paper Haven. You can find it on the upper left corner of this page.. sorry still haven't figured out how to post links.

Speaking of karma... I got into work yesterday & a coworker brought something to our manager's attention. It was something that would've benefitted him but was rightfully mine. He was recently on vacay & even though he's not in my department I had helped him out with a couple things that I really didn't have to. What goes around- comes around... talk about karma!

Also, the reason for my many trips to the post office is I'm waiting on an envie from Laura, a new friend I've made over at SCS. Out of the kindness of her heart she is sending me a bella sentiment. She accidentally bought 2 & won't even take anything for it! She's since mentioned that she threw in a couple goodies--- yeah!!! I love new friends! Especially stamping/scrapping ones!! I'll keep you posted on the outcome. :)

Oh yeah, a shout out to Em @ Stamping Bella! I posted a bella project over at SCS & she actually left a comment!! It made my day. In celebration of that I made a master list of everything Stamping Bella that I want... let's just call it my wish list. I'm posting it here so I can keep it updated:

Post-It note holders

Yes, I've been a busy girl! I made these post-it note holders after seeing the tutorial over at SCS. Of course I go to Walmart looking for the acrylic photo frames & they have none in the size I want, 1 in an ok size & really small ones. Yes- I checked the Dollar Tree too. So I used the larger one for myself & used the smaller ones for my two work buddies. I'm hoping they'll like them since they didn't turn out quite as nice as I wanted.

Yeah! It's beautiful outside...

& I have the whole day off! It's such a struggle to decide whether to do something outside or get lost in my scrap room. Either way, here's my latest projects as promised. My project was to alter a shoebox to use as a "shelf" for my desk at work. I showcased 3 diff bellas & love how this turned out. I cheated a little, on the bella with the cat & dog I "morphed" two stamps together. Since I have a dog & a cat I wanted to be fair. To make this I used: a shoebox, DCWV spring stack, stickles, Stamping Bella stamps, stickles & RoseArt pencils. Sorry, I don't know the name of the sentiment stamps, I've long since thrown away the packaging. Which leads me to this point- the makers should print their logo on the actual film the stamps cling to. Please comment & let me know what you think on this. I'm so happy with how this turned out & am gonna love looking at my lovely bellas all day long.
